200 Hour Firefly Teacher Training Program

The Firefly Power vinyasa teacher leader training program is for anyone who is up to growth, teaching yoga or enhancing their yoga practice on and off the mat. Throughout the 8 weekends of training you will uncover your greatest potential. Through the practices of asana, meditation, self study and an understanding of yoga principles and the roots of yoga. We put into action the yoga philosophy and concepts as an opportunity to create a new way of being in the world. 

What the program Includes:

  •  Firefly Power Vinyasa sequence

  • Creative vinyasa sequencing 

  • Connection & Cultivating community 

  • The Practice teaching clinics with live feedback

  • Hands on assisting training 

  • Adaptation and variations of poses - create accessible yoga 

  • Trauma Informed Yoga 

  • Deep study of physical and energetic anatomy

  • Personal growth through yoga principles and self study

  • Yamas & Niyamas 

  • Yoga Sutra

PRICING

Program Investment : $3,400

Payment plans are optional for no additional cost
Early Bird Pricing ($3,000) now thru July 15, 2026

  • Early Bird Pricing is first-come, first-served, and we open limited spots at the sale rate. 

  • A $300 deposit guarantees Early Bird Pricing. must be paid by december 2026 

  • Payment plans can Start at purchase or be deferred to start October 1st. This is only available at the full program cost of $3,400.

  • A deposit is required for a payment plan and a credit card will be automatically charged on the contracted date.

Program Schedule:

Friday evenings, all day Saturday and Sunday 

January 8-10 & 23-25

February 5-7 & 19-21

March 5-7 & 19-21

April 9-11 & April 30–May 1 

In addition there will be bi-weekly Zoom calls on Tuesday evenings from 7-8:30pm

Hours:

Friday 6pm-8pm

Saturday & Sunday 8am-4pm

In studio Practice Hours: 25 hours
